Market Connectivity

Position Management

A position management engine tracks your exposure across all markets and time horizons:

Time-Series Data Storage

Energy trading generates massive volumes of time-series data: price curves, position histories, P&L time series. Standard relational databases struggle with this. Consider:

• Apache Parquet on object storage for historical analysis
• Materialized views for frequently accessed aggregations

Reference Data Management

Energy trading reference data is complex and constantly changing:
